How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Since all our jackets are handcrafted, you will receive your order in approximately 35 days, starting from when your payment has been verified and that our Customer Service department confirms to the buyer by email that the purchase has been made correctly.
What if my order is not delivered on time?
If your order is delayed, Klauer & Iannuzzi will immediately contact you to explain the reasons for the delay, and to give you a new delivery time. If, for whatever reason, it is impossible for us to make the delivery, we will cancel your order and give you a full refund.

Who pays the shipping costs?
We do not charge any shipping costs for deliveries within Spain, although this is not applicable to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, as we do not ship orders to these regions. For all other destinations we will show you the shipping costs during checkout before you place your order, although you should note they may vary depending on the country of destination.
Which countries do you ship to?
Klauer & Iannuzzi ONLY ships orders to countries that belong to the EU. If there is a problem with shipping your order to the country you have chosen, we will inform you during checkout.
Which countries or regions do you NOT ship to?
Klauer & Iannuzzi does not ship to THE CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA, MELILLA, CYPRUS, CROATIA, MALTA, THE AZORES OR MADEIRA ISLANDS, nor do we deliver orders to COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION.

How do I pay for my purchases?
At Klauer & Iannuzzi you can pay for your purchases by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.
Is it safe to pay with a credit card?
Completely. We provide you with the highest level of security and protection when you make a purchase, as your payment is verified using PayPal´s secure encrypted electronic payment system.
How can I pay by bank transfer?
If you want to pay by bank transfer you should contact our Customer Services Department, and they will tell you how to make the transfer. If you pay by bank transfer, the delivery time for your order will start as soon as we have confirmed that your payment has been successfully deposited in our bank account.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Can I exchange or return an item?
Yes, you can exchange an item or request a refund provided that you return the item unused in its original condition and packaging.
How long do I have to exchange an item?
You have 15 working days to exchange an item, starting from the date on which you receive the order.
What is the delivery time for the new item I order?
The delivery time for the new item will be the same as for the original item, approximately 35 days.
Who pays the shipping costs for an exchange or return?
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning an item to our offices for an exchange or return.
How long do I have to return an item?
You have a maximum of 14 working days to return an item for a refund, starting from the date on which you receive the order. The refund will be made using the original payment method.
